NO one picks the call

Hi,

There are number of problems and am facing since i took this Number.

1) Whenever we call the customer care; here no body picks the phone; sometimes they pick after 1 hours or so.

2) While calling i get connection failure; its so frequent even i had made a complaint but to no avail.

3) Sometime call get connected but no answer from the other person.

This is what we get frm BSNL .. BSNL look into the matter or else we need to make court complain.

Why BSNL is harassing us. Is there any way i can make complain to Court or Consumer court and make a case of Mental trauma and harassment. If so pls let me know...
