BSNL- Mobile
Rs 30 deducted

Dear Sir/madam,

I received a message "Thank you for subscribing Dal mein Kaala Offer" on my BSNL prepaid mobile no 9445621184 from 58558 and Rs. 30 were deducted from my balance on 8- June. I never requested any such scheme and nothing has been downloaded/viewed on my handset. Unnecessary deduction of Rs. 30 must be refunded to me by BSNL and 58558 service provider. I do not understand why BSNL is engaing in such fraud practices. Please help me and many other harassed mobile consumers.
