Deducted Rs.30/-as caller tune from mob.no.9422056123.

Deducted Rs.30/- Rs.15/-=Rs.45/-as caller tune and change of song from mob.no.9421103152.

without informing me as I had never taken such caller tunes in last 10 Years from BSNL mobile.

On 10 August11, I went to the office and cacelled the same services by sending SMS to the provider but till now I have not get any message from company.after a long time spending customer service also not responding for my complaint.

Please do the needfull.
