9849900027 Number ported from Airtel, not working

My mobile phone (9849900027) was ported from Airtel to BSNL. It worked alright for two months. Now abruptly BSNL has deleted this number from their network from 2nd August. When I contact their Customer Services they say there is no fault with the number. Airtel says they do not have any issues and all the dues to them are cleared. In fact the number was ported only after the dues were cleared. WILL SOMEONE FROM BSNL HELP ME.
