Deactivation of value added services

Hello sir

i have complaine about automatice activation of valueiadded service (devotional alarm).i didnt activate it and i am trying to deactivate this value added service but i couldnt and im also tryng to contact bsnl custermer care but i cant .so please help me out or give me solution to deativate this service as much as possibile.
