DEDUCTION OF MONEY FROM MOB

I am a customer of BSNL mobile prepaid since from 7 years. Iwant to submit a complaint that on 11-05 at 9:09 pm I got a massage from 55678030 indicate that "Thanks for subscribing Xplore pack from Hyndygo at 9:09 pm for Rs.30 validity till 10-6 " But I did not subscribe any such service. Without any information OR any request Rs. 30 is deducted from my balance. I want to get balance as soon as possible. In this case I already forward a complain to BSNL customer care. My complain no. is E11PB33246876.
