Evey month RS 25 deducting from a/c

Hi

Last 6 months BSNL mobile is deducting 25 rs from my account. I called them every time they said they can't refund the amount but they will decorative it with in 24hrs and will not happen again but nothing happened this month they deducted 50 rs from my a/c. The customer care executives were rude. I have 2 complaint numbers

1. B19 K L 1608143 (Eby)

2..KL320556 (Cust Executive Name: Anish, he was un professional and rude)
