Alance deduction from my bsnl mobile contineously and customer cair is not takint my complaint seriously

I am complaining regularly from past 3 and a half month about my deduction of mu mobile balance. I m very much tensed and my daily life is being disturbed through this, as i am living away my parents so i am also having problem to contact. My alternate no. Is 8081222513 . Please help me sir.
