CHRISTIAN DEVOTIONAL SERVICE VALUE ADDED SERVICE

Rs.20/- is being debited to my mobile 9495121410 on account of so called "Christian Devotional Service". The service provider is not giving renewal alert as prescribed by TRAI. The number given by the service provider for deactivation of the above service is not working. Even my attempt to lodge the complaint online through http://bsnl.sparshindia.com/complaintportal/LogComplaint.aspx also failed as the screen is asking for "Select a sub category" where as no subcategory is listed for selection in the screen.

Please deactivate the service and inform the complete address of the agency to whom the payment is made by BSNL so that I can initiate appropriate legal recourse against the company.
