Unwanted messages and advertisement on mobile

Dear sir,

I am getting unwanted messages from 58888 (and from others) for various subscription, like disney channel. They themselve sent the jokes and themselves confirm the subscription with certain charges. We don't have the time to see these messages. These messages disturb from our work. These messages are killing the important time of the people and hence the ecconomy of our country. There must be strict punnishment to such organisation who involed in this activity.
