NOT SOLVE OF COMPLAIN TILL 1.5 MONTH

SIR/MAM I have registered one complain in december 1st week 2010 having complain no-6534190, but till now the problem is not yet solved and i have tried again with the customer care, but again he has logged another complain in the last of december having complain number:-6695630 but again till yet i have not yet got any type of response from bsnl,

Hence, therefore I request you to kindly look in to my matter.
