BSNL Mobile Pre Paid
Amount deducted fro PRBT

Dear Sir,

The services of BSNL mobile is not at all satisfactory. On 5/4 they have deducted Rs.25/- from my mobile no; 9440381425 towards Premium Ring Back Tone without any request from me. On the same day I made a complaint to their customer care center on 9400024365 and they provided complaint no AP0504104121 and told me that they will verify and inform me within 24 hrs. On 6/4 I received a call from them. They informed me that PRBT is activated by me through Internet at 11:55 hrs on 5/4 which is not true.

I was in the office on 5/4 from 10.00 hrs to 18:00 hrs and I do not have access to the internet in the office so how can I send request through Internet? I do not use Net in the office hours. Iam totally dissatisfied with their reply and deduction of Rs.25/- from my mobile without my fault. They even said that they cannot credit amount to my account. In these days of Competition if they continues like this then the day is not far away, when their valued customers will switch to other service provider and their rating will go down. Therefore I request the concerned officers to credit Rs.25/- to my mobile number 9440381425 as soos as possible and request them not to repeat such type of mistakes in future.
