Subscribed for MVDO service without my consent

My name is Dawa, My mobile No. is 9456765798, my service provider (BSNL) has actvated for MVDO service without my knowledge and charged Rs.30.00 from my account. Please help me to deactivate this service. In fact I even don't know the meaning of MVDO.
