Bsnl mobile prepaid
Charging unnecessarily

My number is 9442912238..i was charged Rs 21 on 12.01.2011 for doing nothing. i called the customer care but they did not respond properly. It has already happened before. i am customer of bsnl for past 5 years and i did not expect this type of service from bsnl.
