ISD connection

I had booked a ISD connection by paying RS. 2000 last week and although they claimed that that the connection will be given with in 24 hours till to day they have not given connection and this inspite of repeated calling to Mysore branch where I belong. This goes on and on and there are not people to listen and to our misfortune they disconnect the phone and none even if they are there do attend to it. This is the unfortunate thing with Tata indicom and the customers are cheated like this and i have spent more money for dialing to them and perhaps it will increase more than getting a reply to them. This is very bad service tended to the customers.
