Dear Sir,

I am using BSNL prepaid mobile No. 94864 20219.I received sms today (25.12.2010) at 11.30 P.M stating that the rate cutter and other concessional rate not applicable for 25th, 31st December & 1st Jan. Today they debiting 90 paise/minute. They are not notified in advance. How can they suspend rate cutters in valid duration? Kindly treat this mail as complaint, do the justice for the customers like me.
