Illegal deduction of amount from mobile

When i recharge of RS 110 on dated 30-12-10, then automatic deduction of amount only i found Rs 25. Fequently provisioning of value added service on my mobile no 9450886802 without my consent & illegal deduction of amount from my mobile account. Pl deactivate all value added service which are automatically added in my mobile. This type of act is purely illegal. Kindly arrange to refund amount on my mobile.
