Deduction of Rs.106/- without any reason

My mobile number is 9433194275 yesterday Rs.106/- have been deducted from my balance and after calling BSNL has not a reply for which purpose they have deducted this amount. Although they have given complaint number 5865723 but still they are not able to reply. Please help us as i am normal worker and my money is very hard earned money. Rs106/- is my 2 days salary.
