Not resolved the problem. No Response

Sir,

There is a major problem in BSNL West Bengal and Kolkata network. While talking with others, line got disconnected automatically.

The one more concern is for last 4-5 months 'Missed call atert' facility is not working. All 'Missed call alert' setup has been done in my hand set with the help of customer care. I have also lunched compalint with BSNL customer care but still now it is not working.

Last but not the least the BSNL authorities should check the quality of resolutions provided by the customer care executives which is really a very dark side of the service. My cell no - 9434185042
