Automatic cutting of the money from mobile account

My phone number of tata indicom connection is 9241241996. After recharging a heavy amount is directly cut from the account. Really i phoned to customer care but there is no solution from them. I also called to mangalore office but they are not atall responsive. I think this is only happening with TATA company. They are making the people fool. This is one type of business strategy. They are making money by making the customers fool. Can i go to consumer court in this regard?

Kindly suggest what to do.
