Validity of the mobile prepaid card

I was activate the Tata indicom prepaid card on one year back. The plan is Two years plan and tata to tata free plan. The validity of this card is 2 years that is it finishes the validity in next year on 2008. and my prepaid balance is up to Rs.150. So my complaint is I get the message that service is unavailable when I call to someone. And others also get the same message when the try to call me.
