Telephone out of orde

My telephone 0712-2242668 is out of service since 8th January. This is a regular occurance that after a regular interval telephone is out of service. The service provider BSNL is not seriously attending the complains. Every time we have to approach the linemen and get it repaired with personal efforts. We donot understand why BSNL, Nagpur authorities are not taking interest for after sales service. At the same time we have to pay rent for the period when we donot use the phone due to BSNL problems. I hope this will be taken seriously.
