Not attending phone problem

My landline phone is either going dead or when its working there is severe noise in the line. Further the broadband provided against thhis line rarely works. Made several complaints to BSNL, NOIDA but no help.

I find that the response of BSNL NOida is extremly poor in attending to faults. Further they are also not taking corrective action for the frequent problem arising in the telephone.
