T.Phone out of order for 3 months

My Telephone no. 0120-2553337 is out of order for the past three months and nobody gives the proper reply.

Mr. Jain, the S.D.O. Telephones (9412739042) of our area, is such a person that he never speaks well or properly.

I am unable to operate my broad band and the BSNL bills keep coming.

These useless govt. officials must review at least once, that why are we sending the bills, what for we are going to charge, what rent we are demanding... when the usage is absolutely zero without the fault of consumer.

Whenever asked by the SDO or LIneman- same Reply- Cable Fault Hai and Department mein Cable abhi nahi hai.

The country is really going to Dogs..
