Deduction of charges for unsolicited subscriptionss

Dear Sir, On 31.12.2010 I received two SMS messages in my Mobile Phone bearing No.91-9437419893 one from No.56505 thanking me for subsribing GOVT JOBSPacks and intimating me to have been charged Rs.20 for 31 Days and for deactivation, CAN GOVT to 56505. The other message is from NO.56505020 again thanking me for subsribing GOVT JOBS and intimating me to have been charged Rs.20 for a month besides advising me to SMSHELP SUB to 56505 for other exciting subscription packs details. Rs.40/- has been deducted from my prepaid mobile account arbitrarily and unauthorisedly even though I did not make any such subscription to either of the said numbers. I am a retired person and a senior citizen. Kindly do the needful for the redressal of my grievence and refund of the amount illegally deducted from my account.
