Unauthorised deduction from my prepaid mobile account balance

On 23/06 Rs.15/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance for subsribing to get news from 56505 without any authorisation from me and sms news started to come to my mobile. On 21/07 I got a SMS from 56505 'Dear subscriber your national news pack willbe nenewed on 23/07. To deactivate send CAN NEWS to 56505. I send the SMS CAN NEWS to 56505 immediately and got one SMS that your are not subcribed for this service. Then on 23/07 again Rs.15/- has been deducted from my prepaid balance, which is not justified. Please help. My Mobile No. is 9438684279
