Dear Sr/Madam,

My wife purchase a new USB portable broadband connection from BSNL office North Paravur, Ernakulam District.

At the time of purchase they agree that you will get access in your area. My wife is stayed in Thathappilly is 2 km near from a BSNL tower situated in place called Mannam. But now we can't connect at least. My money is lost. What I need to do. If any possible way to return the device and get my cash back.
