BSNL Phone Bill
Excess billing

I have a landline phone connection in jamshedpur (my residence). It

is a local phone. I did not used it for a billing amount of Rs. 400/=

since its installation. But in Dec. 2009 & in Jan I got bills of

Rs. 867/- & 780/- respectively whereas i did not use it for such amount as my average billing for past 3 years is about Rs. 300/-

only. Due to excess billing I did not paid the bills from Dec. 2009

onwards. Now my phone services has been suspended but I am

getting still bills of Rs. 212/- per month since last 2 months.

Now I want to surrender my above phone as incoming & outgoing

both calls are suspended from this phone. PL HELP ME IN THIS

REGARD. THANKS.
