STOPPED GPRS CONECTIVITY

Respected Sir,

On my mobile no.9428223606 GPRS conectivity is stopped by bsnl service provider since last fifteen days without any reason. I had contact five times to coustmer care for same problem, but there is no any action taken from there side, they all had told me that my problem wos solved with in day but unfortunetly my problem is unsolved even after fifiteen days and monthly rental is going on.. last time I had talk with coustcare supervisior he has promised me for solve my problem with in 12 hrs..but it is still unsolved. Now what I have to do?
