Deactivated mobile box office service on my cell No.9425507811

I never want to activate mobile box service on my BSNL (Cellone) post paid No.9425507811, but it automatically started!! and automatically added bill Rs.49 for 25 days in my bill since three years.

I always ubsubscribe mobile box office services at No.12555321 and 12555323 but there are no satisfactionally answered. only computerised message appear and disconnected. message i.e. "Sorry we cant continue this call" and call charges also submitted in my bill.

Now I finally requesting you that plz stop my mobile box office service in my mobile No.9425507811
