Recurring Charge

I took pst paid connection 525 plan phone no 9414048161 on 13-10-11 and received bill AC no 162666998 invoice no 177723650 Rs.1057/ I shocked to receive this bill having recurring charge Rs.948.39. I am using no facility other than phoning. It is very surprising and forced me to surrender the phone. Please wave of theses charges.
