Unwanted money dedection

BSNL has offered a package of Rs. 500/- in which customer can have free call to every BSNL no. within the LOC for validity upto one month. I have made a complain on 24.08.2010 at 5:59 PM that my main balance is keep on dedecting on calling to a particullar bsnl no i.e. 918895550938 of Orissa, though i have got the package recharge on 21.08.2010. I have severel times requested to the customer care to look after the matter but they are not putting any attentation to this matter though today is 27.08.2010.

They are only responsing that "your proplem has forwarded to the concerned office and it will be rectified soon, YOU HAVE TO WAIT." This is the only answer with them. They are telling that they cant do anything "YOU HAVE TO WAIT" and thats all.

It my request from the conserned people, please do something to solve my problem.
