Bsnl prepaid
DEDUCT RS 100 WITHOUT ANY DOWNLOADING

Dear Sir,

I was accessing gprs service from my bsnl prepaid service suddnly i have received a message your download is completed and Rs 100 will be deducted from your account at 8:17 pm on dated 03/12. On the same day I have seen that my prepaid account was debited Rs. 100. I complain it to service provider but they refused to help me. They asked me you have download so 100 is deducted, I am heartly saing that I have not download any thing. This is happenig from bsnl which is best service provider in india and is goverment organization. So please arrange to provide me detail how Rs. 100 is deducted from my account. This is totaly cheating with the customer. My mobile number is 9415666951
