The bill received by me for the month of Sep 2006 is baseless and totally wrong. The charges claimed towards internet uploading, downloading, usage are totally wrong because i have not used the internet during this period. When complained they offered adjustment of mere Rs.100/-towards this wrong billing whereas Rs.550/-have been charged in the bill. Also the amount claimed towards local calls is on very much higher side. They are not providing details of the amount claimed. I am helpless.
