My cell no:9488556529. I activated GPRS230 on 1-dec-09. I also got a confirmation sms that it will be valid till 31-dec-09. I was also charged Rs.230 from my account. But when I used GPRS I was being charged for browsing. When I complained in BSNL office they said that GPRS230 facility was removed and hence I was being charged. But BSNL could had cancelled my request for activating GPRS230 which they didnt do. Why should I be charged for which they didnt provide service.

These government services are horrible all the time.
