my name is rajesh jagetiya. i am from bardoli- surat- gujarat. i have a mobile connection of bsnl prepaid from last 7 years and the mobile no. is 9426104015 . i was activate a scheme of 49 paisa per minute before 3 months. but now i want to change the scheme for 1 paisa 1 minute. and i was called to custermor care for that matter atleast 15 times but every time i called the reply is different person to person . i was try for that from last 1 month but steel i am not succes.

i dont know why this happen at all goverment companies . i think one reason is this that the all emloyees think that we (ek am adami bichara) cant do anything against them because the are government's employee.
