Bsnl prepaid
Balance deduct from my account

I, Moinul Haque Molla was conected in unlimited GPRS scheme from The period 02-04 to 01-05 (approx) in my mobile (9476215878). But Rs. 44 (approx) was deducted from my Mobile account for the used for GPRS perposes. Then & then i was complaint to BSNL customer care Executive and he commitment to me that Rs.44 will credited to your account within 48 hrs. But that was wrong commitment and further 2-3 times I complint my problem through customercare executive.. till now (12-07) there is no response from BSNL authority...
