Bsnl prepaid
Wrong deduction of balance

Hi... this is akhil and my cell number is 9467519586 . i have bsnl prepaid connection on 3-jan bsnl deducted my balance by rs/-70.i have call them 6-7 times but they always told to me our system is not update or our system is not working so call bsnl tommaro.and somtimes they said that games services is by defalt activated on your number so you balance will be in your account 48 hours and they are not behaving gud...

till today 10/1 i have not rec any balance... they are not listening may problem so kinly help me.. and my complant number is-A04HR323159 ON 4 JAN 6.26 PM
