My mobile number is 9417242069.

I am unable to send sms to the number 7589205233 from my SIM. Every time it shows 'MSG DELIVERED'. but message can't receive by this particular bsnl number. It is being sent when I use other's sim.

It has been more than a week that I have been calling customer service for the same. Each person I get connected to (in Customer Service), gives me a different suggestion, none of which has worked so far..all in vain.

Please check into the matter and do the need some and let me know as to what could be done to rectify the problem, at the earliest.
