BSNL Pre-Paid
INCREASING CALL RATE

Sir,

Iam a state Government Employee. Call Rate of My BSNL Cell Phone (Pre-paid) was 49 Paises & 59 Paises to BSNL & Others respectively. Since last few days it is charging Re.1.00 to BSNL and Re.1.20 per minitue to other phones. I have several times recharged by Rs.3/- for decreasing the call rate and thereafter approched Customer Care of BSNL. In response to my query I have been informed by Customer Care of BSNL that the rate is 49 Paise to BSNL and Paise 59 to Other Phones but I am sorry to state that the call rate is Re.1 & Re.1.20 till today. How I can decreas the Call Rate as of earlier. This matter has been conveyed to BSNL Customer Care several times but the result is the same. Under the curcumstances I have no option except to remove the SIM and obtain a new SIM BSNL or Other. The difficulty is that the number has been given to department concerned and so many others.
