Bsnl prepaid
Wrongful deduction of balance

I Tanmoy Sarkar, user of BSNL prepaid number, 9474848743 had topped up a balance of Rs. 50 on the 11th of May however in a matter of three days the balance has been deducted and am left with a balance of forty paisa. This is without subscribing to any special packs or sending any message or calling anyone. I would be glad if suitable action is taken against the appropriate authorities and no one else is harassed as I have been.
