BSNL prepaid connection
Illegal deduction of Rs. 48 from my account for just dialing an international call

Dear Sir / Ma'am,

This is to inforn you that I'm a bonafide prepaid connection holder of BSNL having number 9437283579 for more than 6-7 years.

Today (27th February) I dialed an international number 0096892253927 at around 4:46 p.m. but within seconds I got a message, which writes Rs.48 deducted from my account with a duration of talk time of 3:00 minutes even before I get connected with the number.

The number was not connected and within seconds I got the message. I'm surprised and this was happening quite some time for local calls also but I'm unaware of this. Today I saw the message and believe this discrepancy done by BSNL.

Please help me and many others who were affected with this type of illegal deductions by BSNL.
