BSNL prepaid connection
OVERCHARGING

Dear concern,

I an a BSNL prepaid user for than 3 yrs. I am getting problem from the overcharging of call rates and sms rates since last ONE MONTH. I have more than thousand times to contact customer care but failed to resolve the problem.

So, I have knocked the door of your forum. Please help me if you can in any way.
