Worst service in the world

I have the tata indicom connection. Form the date i have booked for the connection it is worlds worst service i had from the Tata indicom.

Presently the walky set which tata indicom have given me was defaulted. After so many creating the request the walky set has been replaced by the old worst handset given to me. The replaces handset having some problems

Hence i requested to provide the same model for which i have applied for the connection. From the gurgaonservice center it was told to me that they don't have the model 350T in gurgaon. Also they are not sured for the same models availability. However for new connection also the same model is not providing

But after verification it was come to known that the same model was provided to the new customers.

This shows that tata indicom have totally customers harassment policy.
