Not receiving PUK no

Hi

my mob no is 9471123862, my moble no is blockes during setting of security code. to unlock the sim i need PUK no. I called to customer care no 9400024365 and i received reply thay they will inform me soon but they have not given the time for that. since 5 days i am calling daily to them twice but I had not received any No from them. To custmer are executive replied in bad manner when I called by mob no 9470942443. if this site is really works for complainers please give me some suggesions to register legal complain against BSNL prepaid service provider.
