Not activating DND, intensionally

I have registered Start DND with BSNL on 03. 08. 2010 in whch registartion DND ID: 125604.. My mobile Number is 9434120514. But unfortunately I am getting unwanted SMS as advertisements so many days after stipulated 45 days. I am continiuosly receiving business messages regularly form BV-12555, BV-55888, BV-126300, BV-59595, BV-54000, BV-57272, BV-12555. I have made several complaints by dialing to 1909, but it does not work at all. How can one stop of getting such unwanted disturbing messages. Can you help me to stop these.? Kindly request you to take step to stop this.
