Extra charge for local sms, where i subscribed for free local sms

They charged rs.5 for sms to local nos in 2 cases whereas i already subscribed a special sms pack to do local sms freely (without any charge for 2000 sms) till 11th dec. And i still hav not crossed the limit of free local sms of total 2000 local sms. Again normally (without any sms pack) it is charged 49p for a local sms dont know why they charged 5rs.

that 2 local numbers are, 9531570713 & 9674471876.
