DEDUCTION OF MONEY

I am Nitin Malhotra from Ludhiana using BSNL Prepaid SIM. My mobile no. is 9463638948. I have got msg from 528961050 which contains Thanks for downloading Javagame at 29-07 & 50 rs. has been deducted. But I havnt download any type of java game in my mobile. no new game is downloaded or install in my cell phone. I have complaint to Customer care on 30/07, they give me complaint no. G30891688 & says your problem will be solve in 48 hours. today is 09/08 but my problem is similar stand & they are not waive my deducted balance. Please take a effective action in this regard.
