Acativation of Masti Pack

Sir

My mobile no is 9454201840.

Today we received a SMS from 565054005 on dated 20.12.10 that "Thank you for Subscribing Masti Pack. You have charged Rs 5/30 days." and Rs 5 deducted from my A/c but this service is not activated by me.

When we contacted with Customer care the representative of c/care told me this refund is not possible and deactivation is not possible from my end. Please send a Sms for deactivation on 565054005 "Unsub but this msg not send.

So It is requested to you please help in deactivation of this service & refund the said amount which is deducted by BSNL without my fault.
