BSNL Prepaid Mobile
Customer care number not responding

Dear sir/Madam,

I Yogesh devi complainting for bsnl service provider that customer care no. not responding from last 5 days.bsnl customer care no:- 1503 for prepaid mobile. since balance check request not activated (*123# or *112#) i can not see my balance from my mobile no.. same problem occures in my family member. but due to bsnl lack of service we can not find solution. so u r reqested pls.help in this matter. & give solution.
